Lead donor engagement and fundraising campaigns remotely for Health Together, using relationship-building and multi-channel outreach skills. Support global public health programs from Vancouver.
Health Together, formerly Maternal and Infant Health Canada, seeks a detail-oriented Fundraising Team Lead. You will implement fundraising initiatives, strengthen donor relationships, and support healthcare and educational programs. The work includes digital giving, events, direct outreach, and major donor engagement.
Key Responsibilities:
- Cultivate long-term relationships with donors and foundations
- Source and evaluate prospective donors for financial sustainability
- Execute multi-channel fundraising initiatives and campaigns
- Maintain donor databases and track performance metrics
- Lead, mentor, and support fundraising team members
Requirements:
- Two years of NGO fundraising experience
- Proven ability to lead initiatives and secure donors
- Bachelor's degree in business, communication, marketing, or related field
- Multi-channel campaign experience including direct mail and crowdfunding
- Strong copywriting, storytelling, and pitch deck creation skills
