Dealer Intelligence Inc., Canada's largest private Business Development Center, seeks four Internet Managers for a fully remote role. You'll manage internet leads, respond to customer inquiries across multiple channels, and work closely with dealership sales teams to ensure smooth appointment setting. Your analytical skills will help identify opportunities for improved response times and conversion rates.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee inbound internet lead management for dealership clients
- Respond promptly to inquiries via email, chat, and phone
- Nurture prospects through the sales funnel to confirmed appointments
- Coordinate with sales teams to update CRM systems
- Monitor and improve digital marketing channels and messaging
Requirements:
- Experience managing BDC or internet leads in automotive environments
- Proficiency with CRM systems and online communication platforms
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent organizational and time-management abilities
- High school diploma or equivalent required
