Apply software testing expertise with ESC Corporate Services Ltd. in Toronto, Ontario, working on complex systems and API integrations. This permanent full-time position supports quality across development.
Reporting to the Manager, IT Solutions & Quality Assurance, the Quality Assurance Analyst designs and executes tests throughout software development. The work includes functional, regression, integration, and non-functional testing, alongside SOAP web services and REST APIs. You will assess requirements, investigate defects, and collaborate with technical and business stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:
- Review requirements and design documentation for risks and test coverage
- Create and maintain comprehensive business and technical test cases
- Execute functional, regression, integration, and non-functional testing
- Test SOAP web services and REST API integrations
- Document defects, validate fixes, and perform regression testing
Requirements:
- Post-secondary education in Computer Science or related field
- Three to five years of software testing experience
- Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills
- Experience testing SOAP web services and REST APIs
- Ability to produce test plans, reports, and risk assessments
