In this dynamic role at Irving Shipbuilding, you'll be responsible for maintaining various enterprise platforms. Collaborate closely with internal teams, vendors, and partners to ensure optimal application performance and resolve technical issues efficiently. Your curiosity and technical skills will be essential in managing project support and providing 'go live' assistance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Participate in technical discussions on platform solutions
- Ensure compliance with operational effectiveness checklists
- Provide support during and post project 'go live'
- Upgrade and manage environments to boost performance
- Conduct root cause analysis for application issues
Requirements:
- University degree or college diploma in related field
- 0-2 years of relevant experience
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Familiarity with SQL and cloud-based systems
- Passion for technology and process orientation
