Workday Finance Project Manager - Contract Our client is a global Tier 1 Systems Integrator with projects in Canada and we are looking for someone at the Senior Consultant level with Workday Finance experience. This role is based in Toronto, Ontario Canada and is fully remote from within Canada. Role and Level Senior Consultant level Role Start Date ASAP Role End Date 3 months No. Hrs/Days/Week?40/week Rate - Market Rate Remote within Canada - EST zone hours No clearance required Key Responsibilities A Workday Finance Project Manager will lead the implementation lifecycle of Workday Financials modules, including planning, deployment, and ongoing support. This involves managing stakeholders, providing project updates, and handling risks and issues. They are responsible for managing project scope, budget, and resources, coordinating cross-functional teams, and integrating change management into the project. The role also includes overseeing system configuration, testing, and data migration, while ensuring compliance with Workday best practices and relevant regulations. Required Qualifications & Skills Key requirements include at least 5 years of finance or ERP project management experience, with a focus on Workday Financials implementations. Extensive knowledge of Workday Financial modules and business processes is essential. Candidates should have strong project management methodology knowledge and proficiency with relevant tools. Excellent communication and problem-solving skills are necessary. Workday EM/PM certification and ideally worked on an WD Finance implementation. *Only candidates who currently reside in Canada will be considered. *Contractors must be incorporated or named as director to a Canadian corporation.
