Coordinate supply chain planning for Voyant Beauty using inventory management, material scheduling, and advanced Excel analysis across manufacturing operations. Support accurate flows.
This Supply Chain Coordinator partners with Operations, Supply Chain, Purchasing, and Customer Service teams. You will analyze work order flow, planning parameters, inventory levels, and material requirements. The work supports production plans, service levels, plant efficiency, and customer expectations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate unit planning and daily operational communications
- Process material transfers, job revisions, and sales order revisions
- Schedule purchased and customer supplied material flows
- Organize shortage reports and process MRP suggestions
- Support inventory, service level, and planning reports
Requirements:
- High School Diploma or GED required
- One to three years production planning preferred
- Experience with ERP systems preferred
- Advanced Excel macros and data analysis skills
- Understanding of production flows and material scheduling
