Shape impactful learning experiences as our Talent & Culture Learning Partner. With a focus on scalable learning solutions, you'll drive talent development across RCL's hybrid work environment.
In your new full-time role, you will bring 5-7 years of experience in Learning & Development. You'll design engaging programs that support leadership and capability building. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to transform insights into practical learning strategies that enhance employees' skills and performance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design scalable learning solutions for diverse needs
- Facilitate engaging experiences for lasting adoption
- Build leadership capability through targeted learning
- Partner with teams to translate insights into strategies
- Manage LXP platform and measure learning impact
Requirements:
- 5–7 years in Learning & Development
- Strong understanding of adult-learning principles
- Experience with leadership development initiatives
- Collaborative mindset for team engagement
- Bilingual in French and English for effective communication
