Customer advice and digital banking education define this TD Personal Banking Associate role in a branch office. Help customers resolve everyday financial needs.
The Personal Banking Associate supports customers with banking solutions, service transactions, and problem resolution. You will understand needs, guide customers to appropriate staff, and build confidence in mobile, ATM, and online banking. The role also supports frontline operations and accurate business processes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Engage customers in advice, transactions, and banking service needs
- Guide customers toward appropriate contacts and solutions
- Educate customers about mobile, ATM, and online banking
- Support scheduled cash and non-cash transactions
- Recommend improvements to branch practices and processes
Requirements:
- High School diploma or one-plus years relevant experience
- Obtain Investment Funds Canada or equivalent within six months
- Knowledge of banking solutions and processes
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office, branch software, and internet
- Strong customer communication and organizational skills
Use customer experience, banking knowledge, and digital education skills to support TD clients and branch operations.
