Sr. Agile Coach – RemoteInitial 12-month ContractOverview:Our client is looking to engage Agile coaches for a 1-year contract engagement. Ideally you would have experience in coaching scrum masters and product owners at an enterprise level. If you have previous government or financial organization experience, this would be a great match for your experience.This role is for Sr. Agile Coach with extensive Scrum Master experience to work hands-on with mature Agile delivery teams.Required Experience:10+ years' experience in Agile coaching and transformation at the enterprise levelProven experience with the Scrum and Kanban Agile frameworks.Experience with Agile transformation engagements over 2 yearsMust have experience coaching mature Agile teams, not teams new to Agile.Must show experience helping long-established Agile teams refine practices, deepen Agile principles, and advance maturity.Experience demonstrating servant leadership and guiding mature teams through continuous improvement cycles.Deep expertise in Agile principles, frameworks, and product-centric delivery models.Strong facilitation, mentoring, and communication skills across all organizational levels.Ability to influence change, cross-functional collaboration, resolve complex impediments, and drive strategic alignment.Experience with Agile metrics.Advanced facilitation skills for leading Agile ceremonies, design-thinking workshops, and problem-solving sessions with experienced Agile teams.Ability to measure Agile maturity improvements and articulate how coaching actions
