Program Manager

Job Description: Communicate and interact with a variety of stakeholders including senior management, workstream project managers, partners, and external parties Developing methods to exhibit data / information from workstreams for ease of reference by stakeholders Monitoring program progress, identifying risks, and work with project managers to implement mitigation strategies Maintaining awareness of varying stakeholder requests while balancing core program objectives Identifying, tracking, and logging issues for later resolution Collaborating with team leaders and management to provide leadership, guidance, and support to meet program goals Preparing relevant reporting for senior stakeholders to increase program oversight and accountability Education/Work Experience Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Public Administration, or a related field 5+ years of project / program management experience Ability to develop reporting to summarize, contextualize, and simplify data points Experience working with product teams and understanding DevOps processes and configurations considered an asset Experience working with Claims management. English imperative, with Bilingualism (English/French) or the ability to speak an Indigenous language (i.e., Cree languages, Inuktitut, Ojibway etc.) considered an asset Technical Skills Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite including Outlook, Word, and Excel Knowledge of Salesforce is an asset Other Skills Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Commitment to accuracy and maintaining high quality deliverables Self-motivated, with an ability to work effectively with a minimal amount of supervision Works well under pressure with a high attention to detail Proficiency in working with data and databases
