Build customer relationships and deliver design advice as a Gallery Sales Consultant at Stone Tile's Main Gallery in Toronto. Work Monday through Friday, 8:30am to 5:00pm.
This sales position serves gallery visitors and callers while guiding product decisions. You will assess customer needs, explain product information, and provide customer service from greeting through sale. Stone Tile seeks a self-starter with three or more years of related customer service or sales experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as first contact for gallery walk-ins and call-ins
- Answer requests through leading questions and prequalification
- Provide accurate product information and design recommendations
- Maintain client relationships and develop new industry-sourced clients
- Obtain purchase orders, deposits, and updated payments
Requirements:
- Three or more years in related customer service or sales
- Proven sales ability and target-surpassing performance
- Strong relationship-building and customer needs assessment skills
- Microsoft Office proficiency and strong numerical aptitude
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Use sales ability, product knowledge, and customer service expertise to support Stone Tile clients in Toronto's Main Gallery.
