Build customer expertise at Sunglass Hut as an Assistant Manager I, guiding associates and delivering retail excellence in a full-time position.
As a core leadership team member, you work with the Store or Multi Store Manager across daily store functions. The Assistant Manager I emphasizes selling, associate development, merchandising, talent acquisition, and customer relationships. The position also requires consistent brand and operational execution.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop customer relationships through company tools
- Identify performance gaps using reports and business acumen
- Provide ongoing coaching in an inspirational environment
- Acquire talent through networking, recruiting, and interviews
- Keep product knowledge current through learning tools
Requirements:
- High school diploma or GED
- One or more years of experience
- Critical thinking for operational store execution
- Detail-oriented working style
- Previous leadership experience preferred
