The Janitor is responsible for a range of cleaning and maintenance tasks, emphasizing support for youth in the workplace. You will perform duties like washing windows, managing waste, and conducting maintenance repairs, helping to create a constructive learning environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Use industrial vacuums for thorough cleaning
- Empty waste containers and clean various areas
- Maintain cleanliness of restrooms and fixtures
- Perform routine maintenance and minor repairs
- Ensure safety by clearing walkways of snow and ice
Requirements:
- Must be authorized to work in Canada
- Experience is beneficial but not required
- Willingness to actively assist with youth mentorship
- No formal education required
- English language proficiency required
