As a member of the Talent Acquisition Team in the role as a Recruiter you will provide professional recruitment services to ensure our team meets all staffing needs. Execute recruitment in a manner that all candidates and prospective employees have the best possible hiring experience Y ou will support the ongoing growth of the business by finding, engaging and hiring great talent . In partnership wi th the broader talent acquisition team, you will develop and execute recruitment strategies that bring over 3,000 new team members onto the team each year, supporting our restaurants, hotels, attractions and transporta tion teams . This position is responsible for high volume recruitment in an expedient manner. ROLE & RESPONSIBILITIES F ull cycle r e crui tment for the high v olume hiring of seasonal and full-time staff In partnership with the Talent Acquisition team , develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to draw a large number of qualified candidates Maintain accurate and timely data in the ATS.Craft compelling job posting content and descriptions tailored to industry-specific needs Act as a consultative partner to hiring managers Collaborate and consult with hiring managers to determine position requirements and recruitment strategy Use best practices in sourcing, engaging candidates and managing the recruitment process P rovide weekly reporting to hiring managers Meet KPIs , SLAs and hiring targets Keep the applicant tracking system up to date Partner with entire Talent Acquisi tion to proactively identify opportunities around continuous improvement of recruitment processes Organize and attend job fairs and recruitment events REQUIRED SKILLS & QUALIFICATONS Minimum 2 years of experience as a full-cycle recruiter H igh - volume recruiting experience Recruitment within an HRIS / ATS system. Workday preferred. E xperience sourcing and engaging passive candidates S killed in relationships, you will easily build rapport and partnerships across the business to deeply understand the needs of various teams You are adept with sourcing methods and tools, knowing how to attract and inspire candidates with a compelling narrative You can advise and influence your partners across the business about market intelligence, candidate experience and skill, and when interview processes might need changing or adapting You understand a fast-paced and high-growth environment and know how to target candidates that would thrive in our setting A natural advocate for Pursuit you will push our brand in the market through our employer brand strategy, attracting exceptional talent and building a compelling culture You are committed to diversity, equity and inclusion and the impact this has on both teams and culture About Us: We're more than a hospitality and attractions company.
