KPMG's dynamic Ottawa office seeks a motivated professional to join its People & Change Advisory practice. As a Consultant, you will engage in change management projects, enhance client service, and collaborate with a diverse team. Your expertise in organizational design and transformation initiatives will help clients align their workforce and HR strategies for optimal performance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support client engagements through deliverables and workstreams
- Conduct research and analysis for transformation initiatives
- Develop client-ready materials like presentations and reports
- Collaborate with teams to ensure quality outputs on time
- Assist in change management and workforce transformation activities
Requirements:
- 1–3 years of experience in HR or consulting environments
- Strong analytical and communication skills
- Ability to synthesize information for structured deliverables
- Passion for people-related transformation
- Undergraduate degree in relevant fields
