Support food service operations as a Kitchen Helper handling dishwashing, food preparation, customer orders, and kitchen sanitation on site. Work in a rural area using English while completing practical kitchen tasks.
This Kitchen Helper position requires no degree, certificate, or diploma, while experience is an asset. Duties include preparing simple food items, serving customers, packaging take-out orders, and maintaining clean work areas. You will also receive and store supplies across refrigerators, freezers, cupboards, and other storage areas.
Key Responsibilities:
- Operate dishwashers and wash dishes, glassware, and flatware
- Prepare, heat, portion, wrap, and package food items
- Take customer orders and serve counters or buffet tables
- Clean and sanitize kitchen surfaces, equipment, and storage areas
- Receive, unpack, store, and replenish kitchen supplies
Requirements:
- English language ability
- No degree, certificate, or diploma required
- Previous experience is an asset
- Ability to work at the physical location
- Willingness to work in a rural area
