GardaWorld is seeking a Security Supervisor to lead guards and keep daily operations running smoothly. The role emphasizes team mobilization, trust building, scheduling, instruction compliance, and customer service. You will work with people from all shifts in Geraldton.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead a team of on-site security guards
- Manage and maintain the team's daily schedule
- Ensure guards follow and understand current instructions
- Issue and manage access cards
- Complete daily and incident reports
Requirements:
- Authorization to work in Canada
- Excellent leadership skills
- Required first aid certification
- Valid security license required
- Ability to support collaborative team operations
