Lead guest-focused restaurant operations at Chipotle while developing hospitality, people leadership, and business management skills toward General Manager growth.
The Apprentice General Manager assists with daily restaurant operations and learns to run a strong business. You will uphold hospitality standards, lead shifts, and develop crew members. The position includes scheduling, P&L management, sales forecasting, recruiting, and interviewing.
Key Responsibilities:
- Act as leader on duty during restaurant shifts
- Ensure speed, accuracy, and positive guest experiences
- Train and develop crew using Chipotle resources
- Deliver digital orders accurately and on time
- Maintain clean, guest-ready dining areas and food safety standards
Requirements:
- Guest-focused passion for hospitality
- Friendly and enthusiastic attitude
- Desire to learn the General Manager position
- Enthusiasm for developing people and leading others
- Previous restaurant management experience preferred
Build Chipotle leadership experience through guest service, crew development, operational learning, and preparation for General Manager responsibilities.
