You'll be a go-to Workday Financials System Specialist, supporting day-to-day operations, continuous system improvement including configuration, and key activities such as year-end close. Supporting exciting Workday projects in the roadmap, your focus will span Procure-to-Pay, Capital Assets, reporting and Adaptive Planning, working closely with a collaborative team across Finance, IT and HR. Details: Role - Workday Financials System Analyst Employer - a leading higher education institution in Ontario Type - permanent, full-time Salary - up to $95,000 CAD Benefits - all the usual + great pension + 100s of free training courses Working model - remote within Ontario Location - Ontario, Canada Focus - Workday Financials hands-on support including configuration, optimization, and further deployments (Procurement, P2P, Expenses, Capital Assets, Reporting, Adaptive Planning) Requirements: 1+ years of Workday Financials experience (deployment or sustainment) Hands-on configuration skills and experience in Workday Financials modules and reporting Proven track record supporting finance projects and cycles (e.g. year-end, enhancements, ticket-based support) Strong stakeholder skills, with clear communication and a collaborative, continuous-improvement mindset Experience supporting Workday Financials implementations preferred Experience / familiarity working in a higher education or public sector environment preferred Note: Successful candidates must reside and perform work within Ontario and be available to work on campus in London, ON for project milestones.
