Innodata is building a specialized team of Prompt Engineers focused on leveraging large language models (LLMs). This role involves designing effective prompt strategies to improve cultural alignment, accuracy, and localization in workflows. You will collaborate with stakeholders across Product, Data Science, and Operations to create scalable AI-driven solutions that meet customer needs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with data scientists and linguists for localization
- Prototype AI models to validate effectiveness and impact
- Develop prompts for data labeling within applications
- Analyze performance using KPIs and ensure quality outputs
- Communicate insights and findings to stakeholders
Requirements:
- 2 years in prompt engineering or related AI roles
- Experience with annotation tools like Labelbox
- Knowledge of LLMs and their fine-tuning
- Familiarity with TensorFlow or PyTorch frameworks
- Strong understanding of data annotation challenges
