In this role, you will be responsible for assessing non-conforming parts, determining appropriate actions, and ensuring compliance with company and regulatory standards. Your analytical skills and ability to work in a team will be crucial for success.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assess and evaluate non-conformance from production
- Identify rework options based on customer requirements
- Recommend material disposition and repair strategies
- Collaborate with diverse teams to tackle quality issues
- Support data analysis for continuous improvement initiatives
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
- Minimum 5 years in aerospace or manufacturing quality
- Preferred experience in a Material Review Board
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Good understanding of aerospace materials and processes
