As a Personal Banking Associate Trainee, you will guide customers toward appropriate banking solutions, contacts, and advice. The branch role includes customer service transactions, problem resolution, digital education, and confidential matters. You will support frontline staff while developing knowledge of banking processes and solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Engage customers in advice needs and service transactions
- Guide customers toward appropriate contacts and solutions
- Educate customers about mobile, ATM, and online banking
- Support scheduled cash and non-cash transactions
- Complete accurate business processes and documentation
Requirements:
- High School diploma and/or one year relevant experience
- Obtain Investment Funds Canada certification within six months
- Post-secondary or undergraduate degree preferred
- Use Microsoft Office, branch software, and internet
- Demonstrate banking knowledge and strong customer communication
