Fellow, headquartered in Ottawa, seeks a QA Analyst to enhance the quality of its AI meeting assistant. This role demands a hands-on approach to manual QA, test planning, and exploratory testing. You'll collaborate with Product, Design, and Engineering teams to ensure that features meet customer expectations while maintaining a high standard of quality.
Key Responsibilities:
- Contribute testing insights from project inception to deployment
- Create comprehensive test plans for varying platforms
- Conduct exploratory and regression testing beyond documented cases
- Maintain automated regression test coverage with evolving products
- Investigate failures and ensure reliable results for release decisions
Requirements:
- Minimum 4 years of manual QA experience
- Proficient in automated regression test creation and execution
- Detail-oriented with a strong ability to prioritize tasks
- Familiarity with AI tools like Cursor and Claude
- Collaborative mindset with a focus on quality outcomes
