You will work in a structured environment where cybersecurity and compliance best practices are becoming increasingly important.In this position, you will have the opportunity to:IT support:Provide technical support to users, with a focus on Level 2 incidents and requestsAnalyze, diagnose, and contribute to the resolution of technical issuesEscalate or collaborate with the appropriate resources when requiredProvide ad hoc support on Level 1 requests, according to operational prioritiesRigorously document incidents, solutions, and procedures in the tools in placeEquipment and environment management:Participate in the installation, configuration, and maintenance of IT equipmentContribute to the monitoring of IT equipment and asset inventoryParticipate in the management of user accounts and system accessCollaborate with local teams to ensure consistency of practices across sitesCybersecurity, best practices & contribution to IT projects:Apply IT security best practices in daily operationsContribute to the implementation and enforcement of IT and security policiesParticipate, as needed, in cybersecurity-related activities: configuration reviews, documentation, corrective action trackingContribute to projects related to compliance requirements, including the CMMC framework, in support of the teams responsibleParticipate in various cross-functional IT projects and collaborate in sharing best practices between subsidiariesDo you see yourself in this position?
