As a Service Advisor, you play a vital role in customer relations at Zanchin Automotive Group. Your responsibilities include selling recommended vehicle repairs, liaising between customers and technicians, and educating clients about vehicle maintenance. You will also manage appointment scheduling and provide repair updates to ensure excellent service delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
- Sell required vehicle maintenance and repairs
- Liaise with customers and automotive technicians
- Educate customers on maintenance and repair costs
- Schedule service appointments and follow up on repairs
- Prepare accurate invoices and repair orders
Requirements:
- 1 to 3 years as a Service Advisor or in customer service
- Secondary School diploma or equivalent experience
- Proficiency with ERP and CRM systems
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Self-motivated with excellent attention to detail
