You'll also monitor inventory and safety procedures, creating a welcoming environment for both staff and customers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist Store Manager in daily operations and leadership
- Manage staff talent and inspire exceptional customer service
- Ensure store meets or exceeds sales goals
- Maintain safety and security protocols for all associates
- Keep store presentation at its best
Requirements:
- 3+ years in customer service or retail sales
- 1 year of sales management experience
- Operational and performance management knowledge
- Passion for hair and beauty products
- Must be at least 18 years old
