Business process analysis and requirements expertise define this full-time Stantec opportunity in Edmonton, Alberta, supporting employment and talent management systems.
As a Business Analyst on Stantec's Business Process Management team, you will report to the Manager, Business Analysis for Employment & Talent Management. You will translate stakeholder needs into system solutions through workshops, process modeling, requirements elicitation, testing, and change management support.
Key Responsibilities:
- Partner with stakeholders and subject matter experts
- Analyze processes, pain-points, gaps, and improvement opportunities
- Conduct workshops and capture detailed business requirements
- Refine solutions and demonstrate system functions
- Facilitate user acceptance testing and resolve issues
Requirements:
- Post-secondary degree related to Business or Management Information Systems
- Minimum three years of related experience
- Strong communication, collaboration, and interpersonal skills
- Experience with Confluence, Jira, and Microsoft Office preferred
- Ability to work across countries and time zones
