Financial modeling and valuation define this M&A Analyst position with Harris, supporting acquisitions from evaluation through closing and post-close follow-up. Remote work flexibility is available.
Harris, an operating group of Constellation Software Inc., is seeking an Analyst or Associate based on experience. You will work with senior M&A professionals and business unit leaders across acquisition transactions. The role combines transaction analysis, due diligence, investment memoranda, and deal execution.
Key Responsibilities:
- Build financial models and assess acquisition returns
- Coordinate due diligence with internal functional teams
- Prepare investment memoranda and committee presentations
- Assist negotiations, deal structuring, and transaction execution
- Monitor post-close performance and support integration hand-offs
Requirements:
- Relevant experience in M&A, finance, accounting, or transaction services
- Analyst experience of 0–2+ years, or Associate experience of 2–5+ years
- Financial modeling and deal analysis experience
- Strong organization and written and verbal communication
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
Develop acquisition analysis, due diligence, and execution expertise while supporting Harris transactions with senior M&A professionals and business leaders.
