Who we are:
Interwoven Connections is an Ontario-based not-for-profit organization that supports families and relationships formed through adoption, kinship, and customary care. Our work is rooted in lived experience, advocacy, and community. We believe that all families have a right to advocacy, support and guidance. Rooted in lived experience and advocacy, we also emphasize accessible supports for racialized, Indigenous, and 2SLGBTQIA+ communities & caregivers.
Purpose of the role:
To support the organization's operational effectiveness by enabling sustainable, scalable growth through improved internal processes, data-informed decision making, quality controls, and planning. Working closely with Interwoven's leadership and other internal stakeholders, the Operations Analyst contributes to operational projects, funding proposal development, workflow documentation, infrastructure, and organizational reporting.
The Operations Analyst is the primary liaison with the organization's external Managed Service Provider (MSP) to support the technology roadmap, including staff training and cybersecurity awareness initiatives. This role helps ensure all staff have the tools, knowledge, and support required to work efficiently while contributing to continuous operational improvement across the organization.
We strongly encourage applications from individuals with lived experience in adoption, foster care, kinship care, customary care, or as a former youth in care. Trusted relationships within marginalized communities, particularly Black, Indigenous, racialized, 2SLGBTQ+, or disability communities affected by child welfare or complex health needs, are also considered significant assets. Aligned with our mission and Canadian human rights principles supporting equity, preference will be given to candidates who bring both direct lived experience and deep community connections.
