About the job Full-Time Sales Professional
AO Globe Life is currently seeking driven and self-motivated individuals to join our growing team as Remote Sales Professional. This is an excellent opportunity for candidates at various experience levels—including licensed professionals, those with sales or retail backgrounds, and individuals new to the field—looking to build a career in sales with full training and support provided.
Responsibilities
Engage with company-provided warm leads (no cold calling required)
Identify client needs and recommend appropriate insurance products
Provide clear and accurate information regarding policy options
Process applications and maintain ongoing client communication
Consistently meet or exceed sales targets
Qualifications
Licensed insurance professionals (Willing to obtain or transfer)
Sales or retail experience is an advantage but not required
Entry-level candidates with no experience are welcome (training provided)
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Highly organized with attention to detail
Ability to work independently in a remote environment
Must have access to a computer, stable internet, and a quiet workspace
