Lead Right To Food as its next CEO, guiding impactful food justice initiatives across Canada. Oversee strategy, fundraising, and public advocacy in a pivotal period for the organization.
Right To Food is seeking an exceptional leader to succeed Nick Saul as CEO, driving its mission to advance food security nationwide. The ideal candidate will possess 10+ years of leadership experience in mission-focused organizations, exceptional fundraising skills, and a deep understanding of poverty and food insecurity. You will collaborate closely with the Board and Senior Leadership Team to strengthen operations and elevate the organization's influence.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute long-term strategic direction
- Lead fundraising and stakeholder engagement initiatives
- Ensure financial sustainability and operational effectiveness
- Partner with the Board for governance and strategy
- Advocate for systemic change in food security
Requirements:
- 10+ years of progressive leadership experience
- Proven track record in major gift fundraising
- Strong understanding of social justice issues
- Experience navigating Canadian nonprofit landscape
- Successful experience in organizational transitions
