This Early Careers Launch opportunity suits soon-to-be graduates and recent graduates pursuing Health Solutions careers. You will develop business knowledge while supporting plan design analysis, cost trends, renewals, and employee benefits strategies. The 10-month program combines meaningful work, professional development, and relationship-building.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support employee benefits plan design analysis
- Analyze cost trends, rate-setting, and renewals
- Review carrier bids and employee contributions
- Conduct scenario analysis and retiree plan valuation
- Translate data and research into clear insights
Requirements:
- Soon-to-be graduate or recent graduate
- Interest in healthcare, employee benefits, analytics, or consulting
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Analytical thinking, problem-solving ability, and attention to detail
- Microsoft Office proficiency, including Excel, PowerPoint, and Word
Develop Health Solutions advisory capabilities at Aon through actuarial analysis, data interpretation, and client-focused employee benefits work.
