At Grafana Labs, we seek a Senior Software Engineer to contribute to our innovative database platform. You will engage in designing, building, and maintaining scalable database solutions that serve a multi-tenant architecture. As part of a high-autonomy team, you will collaborate closely with cross-functional partners to enhance observability through AI while ensuring systems remain reliable and efficient.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and build components of a multi-tenant database
- Create APIs for AI agents and internal applications
- Establish metrics and logs for database services
- Contribute to database architecture and service boundaries
- Collaborate across teams for practical product tradeoffs
Requirements:
- Experience in building production-grade software systems
- Familiarity with AI technologies and frameworks
- Background in distributed systems and query engines
- Mastery of programming languages like Golang or Rust
- Proven track record of delivering user-facing solutions
