Summary
The Visual Merchandising Specialist communicates visual presentation direction and standards across retail locations. The role works closely with corporate and in-store teams to maintain visual standards and report to senior management.
Responsibilities
- Communicate visual presentation direction and standards to retail locations.
- Maintain visual standards and report back to senior management.
- Translate design trends into store windows and environments.
- Develop and train store management teams, build relationships, and use workforce skills effectively.
- Develop a strong understanding of the brand image and travel as needed.
Requirements
- 2-3 years of visual display and merchandising experience in a luxury or specialty retail environment.
- Strong planning, organization, creativity, and originality skills.
- Strategic communication skills across all levels of an organization and strong follow-through.
- Ability to follow company policies and procedures.
- Ability to work a full-time schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
