Richelieu Hardware is searching for an experienced Warehouse Team Leader to join its Winnipeg team. This role requires 3–5 years of experience supervising warehouse logistics while ensuring high operational standards and safety compliance. You will implement lean practices, monitor KPIs, and provide strategic input to continuously improve warehouse functions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Mentor warehouse teams to foster accountability and growth
- Oversee daily warehouse logistics and order fulfillment
- Analyze data to identify bottlenecks in workflows
- Conduct regular safety audits and compliance checks
- Collaborate with customer service to handle escalations
Requirements:
- 3–5 years of experience in warehouse management
- Proficient in Excel and data reporting
- Forklift & First Aid certifications are strong assets
- Excellent communication and motivational skills
- Proven problem-solving abilities
