As a Manufacturing Engineer, you'll use your expertise to enhance manufacturing processes for safety-critical powertrain components. Collaborate with various teams, including Production, Quality, and Maintenance, and support new product launches. Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and improve manufacturing methods for production workflows
- Design automation to enhance efficiency and quality
- Identify and implement cost reduction strategies
- Ensure compliance with IATF 16949 and customer specs
- Coordinate maintenance of manufacturing equipment
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field
- 7+ years of manufacturing engineering experience
- Proficiency in CAD software and manufacturing layouts
- Knowledge of lean manufacturing and Six Sigma
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
