Deliver thoughtful banking service with TD Canada Trust in Fort St John, using customer needs analysis and financial transaction skills. This is a 15-hour role.
As a Customer Experience Associate in Personal & Commercial Banking, you will advise existing and prospective TD customers. You will process transactions, recommend suitable solutions, resolve concerns, and support accurate branch operations. High School diploma or one-plus years of relevant experience is required.
Key Responsibilities:
- Process deposits, withdrawals, and bill payments accurately
- Determine customer needs and recommend appropriate banking solutions
- Resolve concerns and escalate non-standard activities
- Promote banking solutions and complete business processes timely
- Provide clear advice on banking solutions and processes
Requirements:
- High School diploma and/or one-plus years relevant experience
- Undergraduate degree or equivalent is an asset
- Strong administration, organization, planning, and time management skills
- Hands-on knowledge of Microsoft Office and internet use
- Accurate, detail-oriented communication with different customers
