As Assistant Store Manager with TJX Canada, you will help create an inclusive environment while empowering Associates and serving customers. The role spans sales results, expense management, merchandising, customer service, scheduling, and loss prevention. You will also support store initiatives, operational programs, and efficient execution.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support sales results and manage store expenses
- Oversee merchandising, frontline, backroom, and cash office operations
- Recruit, train, develop, and mentor Associates
- Implement action plans, targets, and company initiatives
- Coordinate loss prevention and improve store efficiency
Requirements:
- Minimum two years of retail leadership experience
- Experience as an Assistant or Store Manager
- Ability to lead, develop, and empower large teams
- Excellent organizational and communication skills
- Proficiency in operations, merchandising, and loss prevention
