Clear Medical Imaging also offers a competitive compensation package including Healthcare of Ontario Pension Plan (HOOPP).Duties & ResponsibilitiesConsistently provide compassionate people-centered care, maintaining a calm, professional attitude with patientsRespond to patient inquiries and concerns appropriately and according to Clear company policies and proceduresEnsure patient comfort during examinations, respecting individual concerns and cultural differencesInvolve the patient in their examination by hearing their concerns and by providing a detailed, patient-friendly explanation of every stage of their examination, refraining from providing a diagnosisRecord/document images that support an accurate assessment of normal and abnormal findingsPerform all patient examinations in accordance with Clear Medical Imaging's protocols, policies and procedures with attention to required viewsCollaborate with other MRTs, Sonographers, Radiologists and health care providers to ensure safe and efficient delivery of serviceRequired QualificationsRequires registration as an active member in good standing with the CMRITOLiability Insurance requiredCurrent CPR requiredReliable transportation - availability at all locations requiredBehavioral CompetenciesCourteous and professional with patients, staff, referring physicians and members of the communityHonest, respectful and trustworthyWillingness to collaborate with other departmentsProactive approach to problem solvingFlexible in thinking and approach with a strong cultural awarenessCommitment to patient experience excellenceStrong attention to detailEffective interpersonal and communication skills, able to work in both team and individual environmentsCompensationWages start at $37.95 and range to $46.85.
