Lead Dynamite's fashion store team with strong sales leadership and customer focus in an onsite Store Manager position. Build relationships that make shoppers feel confident.
Reporting to the District Manager, you will lead daily store performance and promote a positive shopping experience. Recruit, train, and coach team members while driving operational efficiency, excellent standards, and loyal customer relationships. Achieve and surpass sales and productivity targets through focused leadership.
Key Responsibilities:

Requirements:
- High school diploma required
- Three to five years of management experience
- Fashion clothing management experience preferred
- Passion for fashion and customer oriented approach
- Flexible availability for evenings, weekends, and holidays
