As a Guest Attendant, you're vital in delivering top-notch personal care and support to our residents. You will manage daily routines, assist with mobility, and ensure a safe and clean environment. Your contributions will make a significant impact on the quality of life for older adults, showcasing your dedication and empathy.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide assistance with dressing and meals
- Support laundry and housekeeping tasks
- Administer medications as per care plans
- Ensure safety and cleanliness of resident areas
- Address resident and family inquiries, reporting when needed
Requirements:
- Background in personal care or support services
- Secondary school education; training in care preferred
- Strong communication skills and ability to follow directions
- Patience and understanding of seniors' needs
- Clear Criminal Background Check and health readiness
