Commercial Lines Account Manager/ CSR Location: 290 Rowntree Dairy Road., Woodbridge, ONRDA Inc. is currently seeking an experienced, energetic, progressive-minded individual to service our commercial insurance clients.What you'll doCustomer Service - Working with Clients and Sales StaffProcessing Insurance Transactions for clientsManage policy renewals, endorsements and customer service on accounts per company defined service levelsPrepare premium analysis and coverage comparison for renewal quotes and participate in marketing renewal accounts as requiredCommunicate and manage renewal quotations and coverage changes with InsurerHandle account receivable discrepanciesReview policy wordings & documents to ensure accuracy and quality controlFollow up on endorsements, renewals, new business, and claimsIssuance of Certificates of Insurance/or review prior to Technical Assistants issuance.Input all information in TAM System accurately and efficiently per company workflow policiesWhat You BringActive RIBO license3–5+ years of commercial insurance experienceExcellent communication skills, both verbal and writtenStrong proficiency in TAM, Compu-Quote, and insurance company portalsA high level of attention to detail, time management, and organizationUniversity Degree or College Diploma preferredCIP or CAIB designation (or working toward it) is an assetWhat's in It for YouA dynamic and supportive work environmentOpportunity to grow within a reputable and expanding brokerageOngoing support for continuing education and professional developmentCompetitive salary and benefitsOn-site, team-first culture that values initiative and collaborationLet's ConnectWe believe our people make the difference.
