Lead video production and scriptwriting for GoodMorning.com, coordinating creative teams, shoots, and multimedia projects from concept through completion. This is a full-time role.
The Video Producer/Writer manages production while contributing creative concepts and campaign content. Responsibilities span team leadership, project planning, contractor coordination, scripts, and post-production oversight. The role supports brand objectives through organized, high-quality multimedia work.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead daily video team priorities, reviews, and quality standards
- Coordinate contractors, shoots, props, wardrobe, and set decoration
- Develop project plans, timelines, budgets, and production documentation
- Write scripts for Meta, YouTube, TikTok, and traditional media
- Analyze performance and improve future video productions
Requirements:
- Degree or diploma in broadcast media, journalism, marketing, or communications
- Minimum five years of video production experience
- Proficiency in Google Suite and project management tools
- Advanced knowledge of equipment and editing software
- Strong organizational, leadership, communication, and scriptwriting skills
