Transform warm leads into business as a Remote Inbound Sales Consultant with MoveSmart Rentals. Assist property owners by addressing their leasing challenges through engaging consultations and demonstrations.
MoveSmart Rentals is seeking an experienced Inbound Sales Consultant for a remote role operating in the Eastern Time zone. In this position, you will respond to inbound leads, conduct video demonstrations, and directly address property owner's specific needs. This role requires a consultative sales approach and aims to alleviate the expensive issue of property vacancies.
Key Responsibilities:
- Respond promptly to inbound inquiries and calls
- Understand prospect needs for leasing solutions
- Conduct professional video demonstrations for prospects
- Guide clients through the agreement and sign-up process
- Maintain accurate notes and follow-up tasks in CRM
Requirements:
- 3-5 years of consultative or high-ticket service sales experience
- Proven ability to convert leads via phone and video
- Strong spoken and written English skills
- Familiarity with CRM and pipeline management
- Ability to manage multiple demonstrations simultaneously
