This is a permanent part-time position, weekdays only (Monday, Tuesday, and Wednesday, 8:30 a.m. to 3:30 p.m.)ROLE AND GENERAL RESPONSIBILITIES:All other related tasksCarry out the maintenance of the premises in accordance to a regular reocurring schedule or as requiredCleaning and performing maintenance dutiesKeep the work environment cleanMake service callsSweep and clean the floors of the corridors, common areas and workstations of the buildingEXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS:Knowledge of retirement homes, a major assetA minimum of 2 to 3 years experienceExcellent physical shapeBENEFITS:Salary to be discussedFree parkingFree mealsReferral ProgramUniform providedSick days and time off for family obligationsEmployee Assistance ProgramVacationHuman management approachConsistent scheduleWelcome and integration ProgramJOB STATUS:Permanent: Part TimeJOB SCHEDULE:Day time
