As a Commercial Insurance Advisor, you will promote and educate clients on insurance products. You will own client relationships, support retention, and grow Westland's local community presence. The position suits a career-minded professional developing insurance knowledge and experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Promote and educate clients about insurance products
- Take ownership of commercial client relationships
- Deliver superior customer service supporting client retention
- Uncover business challenges and identify client needs
- Provide recommendations using basic underwriting principles
Requirements:
- Two to five years of commercial insurance experience
- Level 2 insurance broker license or pursuing CAIB or CIP
- Track record of achieving sales targets
- Ability to build authentic client relationships
- Strong prioritization, confidentiality, and discretion
