Personal insurance expertise and client relationships define this full-time Client Advisor role with Acera Insurance in Calgary, Alberta. Review policies and strengthen coverage.
As part of the Client Assist Team, you will contact clients about policy reviews, cross-selling, and renewal dates. The position involves personal lines products, policy changes, claims reporting, advocacy, upselling, and generating new business. Acera Insurance provides insurance and risk management solutions across Canada through its employee-controlled brokerage.
Key Responsibilities:
- Contact clients to review personal insurance policies
- Cross-sell products and obtain policy renewal dates
- Facilitate policy changes and report claims
- Advocate for clients and provide product expertise
- Generate new business and upsell products and services
Requirements:
- Two or more years of related insurance industry experience
- Working knowledge of personal lines products and cross-selling
- Minimum Level 1 Alberta General Insurance License
- Microsoft Office Suite and insurance customer relationship software skills
- Professionalism, accountability, adaptability, and strong customer service relationships
