- Oversee night front office operations and staff
- Complete nightly financial closure and reporting
- Train night staff on audit policies and procedures

Requirements:
- Previous resort front-line service experience
- Strong problem-solving and guest service skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and hotel software
- Excellent communication and organizational abilities
- Ability to thrive under pressure in a fast-paced environment
