Flynn is on the hunt for a passionate Talent Acquisition Specialist to amplify our recruiting efforts within the construction sector. This role requires a commitment to work from the office more than three days a week and includes travel across Western Canada. You'll be instrumental in attracting the best talent and maintaining Flynn's high standards of integrity and excellence.
Key Responsibilities:
- Recruit for professional roles in Western Canada branches
- Set and achieve strategic recruitment goals
- Create a vibrant candidate network using diverse methods
- Navigate the full recruitment cycle, from sourcing to onboarding
- Partner with branch leaders to fulfill hiring needs
Requirements:
- At least 2 years of recruitment experience
- Proficient in Talent Acquisition technology
- Strong understanding of relevant employment laws
- Ability to effectively source and screen candidates
- Relevant post-secondary education preferred
