Fastfrate Group is seeking a Product Manager for its digital solutions team. You will drive the design and enhancement of customer-facing shipping systems, ensuring they meet user needs. The ideal candidate will bridge communication between customers, Sales, and Technology, translating needs into actionable product requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
- Own the roadmap for shipping systems and digital products
- Collaborate on user journey mapping and product ideation
- Conduct requirement-gathering sessions across departments
- Lead development of business and functional requirements
- Facilitate testing and implementation of new features
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business or related field
- 3-5+ years in product management or digital development
- Experience with logistics and transportation technology
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies
